Indian River MotorHaus 2.0, the third facility that partners Joe Schulke and Vic Lombardi, are building in Vero Beach, is virtually indestructible. These structures are concrete and steel, there is simply no stronger way to build. The photos below show the tilt-up walls, which are solid concrete, poured on location, and reinforced with steel webbing.
